Apprenticeship scheme is managed by Human Resources Development Council (PSM and is geared to increase the number of skilled and qualified workers for your business at the same time allows you to be more actively involved in the program.

The training concept offers a combination of theoretical and practical training at Ethos Academy of Skills Development with an emphasis on ‘on-the-job’ training at the your premises to reinforce the theoretical concepts learnt. Every employer is given the opportunity to sign up 2 (two) trained apprentices for FREE – no salaries or monthly allowances need to be paid. What else! No training fees involved at any stage.
