Ethos Connect offers training and re-training of knowledge, skills and abilities in a classroom and real workplace training environment for school leavers, unemployed graduates and any others seeking for a career change to join the growing tourism and hospitality industry.

Employable Skills & Job Placement program (Latihan Kerjaya) is offered for 3 months duration and upon successful completion of the program including on the job training, trainees may opt for career placement or to continue further education with Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or Malaysian Vocational Skills Certificate in Hospitality Programs.

Duration of Training:
3 Months (Inclusive of 70% Practical Training)

Qualification:
Certificate of Attendance recognised by private and government sectors

Focus on English Communication
Understanding Standards of Performance
Professional industry experts as lecturers
Job placement after training (subject to successful completion of program & compliance with terms
Compulsory Practical Training at hotels, restaurants, and other organisations to give trainees exposure to real workplace environment and learn resourceful ways to cope with challenges

Entry Requirements
Interested candidates please submit:
2 photocopies of IC
4 passport size photos
2 copies of school leaving certificate
2 copies of birth certificate
2 copies of PMR/SPM/SPMV certificate
2 copies of mother/father IC
1 copy of salary slip of working parent(s)

Terms:
Registration Fee RM200.00
Certificate Fee RM50.00
(Registration & Certification fees are payable in Cash and is non –refundable regardless of whether trainee completed the training program)
Program Training Fee RM900.00
Upon registration, registration fee of RM200.00 and certificate fee RM50.00 are compulsory.
Trainees may pay the program fees in instalments.
Full course fees paid on registration will be entitled to 10% rebate.
Accommodation, meals and other incidental expenses are excluded from training fees
Trainees are required to abide by rules and regulations of training centre
