On 17 & 18 August, 48 hotel employees from 14 hotels of the Malaysian Association of Hotels became certified as MESRA MALAYSIANS. They proudly wore their new lapel badges and took their oaths, and acquired valuable knowledge and new skills to improve their service standards and professionalism at work. The workshop was also geared to develop a better attitude and aspirations to further enhance the visitor's experience in Malaysia.

Francisca Amy of 360 Hotel wrote back and said 'For the past 2 days of the seminar, I have learnt a lot and enjoyed the seminar. Also, shared opinions and information with other colleagues from other hotels'.

Norhisam of Merdeka Palace gave an A+ for the interactive games, quiz and the warming up exercises throughout the seminar.
