The much awaited 2011 Malaysia Welcomes The World Training Calendar is finally out!   Check out Mesra Malaysia, Tourism English & Act Tourism Courses from March to October 2011 in all major towns across Sarawak.

Malaysians should take pride in portraying Malaysia's rich and diverse cultures and showing their warm, friendly and hospitable services to our visitors and tourists from across the world.

The Ministry of Tourism Sarawak Branch (Kementerian Pelancongan Pejabat Negeri Sarawak) in collaboration with Ethos Connect International Consulting encourages all frontliner from the services sectors, travel agents, hotels, food and beverage establishments, government agencies, including students from schools and higher training institutions to join these programs.  Participants shall increase their knowledge, develop effective ways and skills to become a better host to our customers and visitors.  In-house programs are also available.
